I know things are selling very well here on the Texas Coast! We have been very fortunate to not have the downturn other parts of the country did. We saw about an 11% slip from '06 to '07 and that isn't bad at all! We are anticipating a great '08 and it's been so far so good! The only thing I have seen this big "downturn" do is wash out rookie agents who had no business being in real estate anyway!
